What exactly do I get?
Right after paying you get an email with access to the pack's templates. Open them in the browser, change your text and download the result as PDF or image, as many times as you like.
Do I need design skills?
No. The design is done: you tap the text and type over it. You can change a colour or a photo too, but you don't have to.
Can I print it at the copy shop?
Yes. Posters come in real sizes (A3 and A4) and download as PDF at print quality. Instagram and WhatsApp formats come as images.
Can I use them for several businesses?
A pack is for one business. If you run several locations or you're an agency, write to us and we'll set up a licence for you.
Does it arrive by email?
Yes. Right after paying you get an email with the access. It usually takes under a minute; if you don't see it, check spam or promotions and, if it's still missing, write to us and we'll resend it.
Can I edit it on my phone?
Yes. It opens in the browser on your phone or computer. For changing a text or a price the phone is perfect; if you're going to change a lot, the computer is more comfortable.
Do I need paid Canva?
No. Every template opens and edits with the free Canva account. If a photo or a font ever asks for the paid version, swap it for a free one or write to us and we'll swap it for you.
Are there refunds?
Packs are digital and delivered instantly, so they can't be returned once downloaded. But if a file won't open or isn't what we promised, you get your money back. And for made-to-order posters: not ready within a week, money back.
