Privacy policy

We use your data for one thing: so you can buy and receive what you buy. Here we tell you what we keep, what for, and what you can ask us.

What data we collect

When you buy: name, email, billing address and order details. Payment details are handled by the payment gateway; we never see or store your card.

For custom posters: the photo and text you send us to make them.

If you sign up to our emails: your email address.

When you browse: technical data (device type, browser, IP address, pages visited) through cookies, as explained below.

What we use it for

To process and deliver your order (necessary to fulfil our contract with you), to answer your questions, to meet our tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation) and, only if you sign up, to tell you about new packs (consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the unsubscribe link in every email).

Who we share it with

With the providers we need to run the store: Shopify (the platform the store runs on, which processes orders), the payment gateway and the email service we use to send you your access and news. Each of them handles data under its own policy and the data protection agreements we have with them. Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area; in that case the safeguards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation apply, such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order data, for as long as tax law requires (generally four years; invoices, six). Photos for custom posters, up to three months after delivery, in case something needs fixing. Your email on our list, until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and take it elsewhere. Write to barriokit7@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month at most. If you think we haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

The store uses the cookies it needs to work (cart, login, language) and, if you accept them, analytics and marketing cookies that help us see what works. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner or your browser settings. To opt out of personalised advertising, use the “Your privacy choices” page in the footer.

Minors

The store is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with its date.
