Refund policy

We sell digital templates and custom-made posters. As there's no parcel to send back, it's simple. Here it is, no small print.

Template packs

Packs are digital content delivered instantly: as soon as you pay, the access is in your inbox. That's why, as Spanish consumer law allows (article 103.m of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), there is no right of withdrawal once access has been delivered. By completing your purchase you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you therefore waive that right.

That doesn't mean we'll leave you stranded. If a file won't open, something from the pack is missing or what you get doesn't match what we advertise, write to barriokit7@gmail.com and we'll sort it: we'll send you the right file or give you your money back. No arguments.

Custom posters

Custom posters are designed just for you, with your photo and your text, so they can't be withdrawn from either once we've started working on them (article 103.c of the same law).

In return, the process includes one round of changes: when we send you the proposal, you tell us what to adjust and we fix it. If the final result doesn't match what you asked for in your order, we'll redo it.

How to get help

Write to barriokit7@gmail.com with your order number and a line about what's wrong. We reply within 24-48 working hours. If a refund applies, it's made to the same payment method within 14 days at most.
